The Four Agreements In German

After the dissolution of the Soviet Union in December 1991, the command unit of the Soviet group transferred Soviet forces to Germany to the Russian Federation. The German government then recognized the claim of the Russian Federation as a successor state of the Soviet Union, including the right to maintain troops in Germany until the end of 1994. However, with post-Soviet Russia in a serious economic situation, President Boris Yeltsin ordered that the deployment of Russian troops to Germany be significantly less than that envisaged by the treaty. The last Russian troops left Germany at the end of August 1994, four months before the contractual deadline expired. The word is so powerful that a word can change a life or destroy the lives of millions of people. A few years ago, a man in Germany manipulated an entire country of the most intelligent people with this word. He led them into a world war with the force of his word. He convinced others to commit the most cruel acts. He activated people`s fear with the word, and like a big explosion, there were murders and war all over the world. All over the world, people have destroyed other people because they are afraid of each other. Hitler`s word, based on hateful beliefs and chords, will be remembered for centuries. On 2 August 1945, the Potsdam Agreement, proclaimed at the end of the Potsdam Conference, was concluded, among other things, on the initial conditions under which the Allies of the Second World War were to govern Germany. A temporary German-Polish border, known as the Oder-Neisse line, has in theory attributed most of the German provinces in eastern Germany to Poland and the Soviet Union as part of this “temporary border”.

The German population in these areas has been displaced or killed. These agreements were provisional and the agreement provided that the situation would be concluded by “a peace settlement for Germany accepted by the German government if an appropriate government is formed” (Potsdam Agreement 1.3.1).
