We delete this data as soon as it is no longer needed, provided that it is not subject to legal retention periods. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of your personal data is unlawful. To subscribe to the newsletter, the data requested during the registration process is required. The subscription to the newsletter is recorded in a newspaper. After subscribing, you will receive a message to the specified email address asking you to confirm the subscription (“Double Opt-in”).

This is necessary to prevent third parties from logging in with your email address. In order to have received and maintain an adequacy decision, the country or territory may have its own legal restrictions on the transfer of personal data to countries outside the EEA. This includes the United Kingdom at the end of the transition period. Customers who process EU personal data are required to comply with the data protection and security requirements of the GDPR. In this context, they must ensure that the providers they use to process EU personal data are also protected by privacy and security. Our DSA describes the privacy and security safeguards we have in place. We are committed to GDPR compliance and help our customers comply with the GDPR when using our services. Personal data processed for the customer (including personal data obtained from end users) includes: IP address, name, email address, postal address, payment information (card number, card name, card feed, CVV card), VAT identification number, cookie data, web browser data, online browsing data, File names and file URLs. The provider of this service is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield.
